As the summer approaches its end, how about a trip to see the turtles and the whales?! The
latest update includes a fresh set of goals which take us on a water safari.
With four floor decorations, two appliances and six recipes there for the taking, don't hold back! There are 15 days available from the outset to complete the quest and obtain all of these unlockables.
Here is the complete list of steps:
Bonus Goals: 'Whale Watching' (Unlocks after Step 5):
Step 1: The Blue Ocean Floor
- Buy 8 Ocean Views ... any wallpaper is acceptable.
- Buy 12 Bubble Tiles ... any floor tile is acceptable.

Following those initial purchases, the Nori Machine is unlocked.

This is the first of the new appliances and features from
Step 2.
Step 2: Nori-nomics
- Build 1 Nori Machine ... this costs 37,000 coins and requires 6 Motors, 6 Origami Paper and 10 Nori Presses to build. The Nori Press is a new part which can be gifted.
- Serve 15 Seaweed Ice Creams ... this is found on the Nori Machine and takes 5 hours to prepare.

Seaweed Pastry is a 3 hour effort and comes into play in
Step 3.

- Serve 15 Seaweed Pastries ... this is found on the Nori Machine and takes 3 hours to prepare.
- Buy 2 Towel Racks ... these cost 14,000 coins each.

At this point the
Seaweed Smoothie becomes available.

This 1 hour drink is the focus of
Step 4.
Step 4: Smooth As Seaweed
- Serve 15 Seaweed Smoothies ... this is found on the Nori Machine and takes 1 hour to prepare.
- Ask Neighbours for 6 Tickets ... tap 'Ask' and send requests for these to neighbours.

After those tickets have come in you'll drop the padlock on the second appliance involved in these goals.

Marine Oven is given to you fully built for free while another will need to be purchased and constructed in
Step 5.
Step 5: Blowing Up The Spot
- Build 2 Marine Ovens ... this costs 42,000 coins and requires 8 Chocolate Cogs, 8 Screws and 12 Marine Knobs to build. The Marine Knob is a new part which can be gifted. One Marine Oven is given free for completing Step 4.
- Serve 15 Blowfish Bites ... this is found on the Marine Oven and takes 3 hours to prepare.

Once done here, the
Crab Cakes are unlocked.

This 7 hour dish is the focal point of
Step 6. At this juncture there are three new goals will appear.
Step 6 is naturally one of them, but there's also
Sidestep A and the
part one of the bonus Whale Watching goal set. The completion of the former is a necessity for continuing your progress in the main strand, while the latter is a standalone quest which offers the opportunity to gain an additional prize independent of the main strand.
Step 6: Don't Be Crabby
- Serve 15 Crab Cakes ... this is found on the Marine Oven and takes 7 hours to prepare.
- Have 1 Sea Trainer ... this is locked until you complete Sidestep A and costs 17,000 coins.

Following these tasks, the final recipe on the Marine Oven becomes accessible.

Ocean Tart takes 9 hours to make and is the hub of the climactic goal, namely
Step 7. You'll also notice
Sidestep B pop up now, with this being another step which needs to be completed if you are to finish the main chain of goals.

- Serve 12 Ocean Tarts ... this is found on the Marine Oven and takes 9 hours to prepare.
- Have 1 Turtle Stack ... this is locked until you complete Sidestep B and costs 26,000 coins.

This is a 2x2 sized item found towards the end of the floor decorations tab. Further copies can be purchased for 42,000 coins each.
Sidestep A: Deep Sea Exploration
Available after completing Step 5
- Visit 12 Community Members ... neighbours are not counted.
- Leave 12 Tips ... tips left at neighbours are counted.
- Have 2 Deep Sea Counters ... these cost 21,000 coins each.

- Have 1 Porpoise Juggling ... this costs 50,000 coins.

- Serve 5 Berry Pies ... this is found on the Basic Oven and takes 2 hours to prepare.
- Serve 5 Cheeseburgers ... this is found on the Basic Grill and takes 3 hours to prepare.
- Serve 10 Macaroni & Cheese ... this is found on the Basic Stove and takes 12 hours to prepare.
- Serve 10 Chicken Pot Pie ... this is found on the Basic Oven and takes 8 hours to prepare.
- Serve 10 Grilled Salmon ... this is found on the Basic Grill and takes 12 hours to prepare.

- Serve 20 Conch Chowders ... this is found on the Basic Stove and takes 1 hour to prepare. This should not be confused with the Clam Chowder which is another recipe on the Basic Stove.

- Serve 20 BBQ Wings ... this is found on the Basic Grill and takes 1 hour to prepare.

Whale Fountain is located near the end of the floor decorations tab, with extra editions not possible to buy. Note that initially this item did not unlock for players upon completing these bonus goals, but this glitch has since been fixed.
