We had one
New Year themed goal set as we prepared to move into 2018, so why not another now that we're here?!
There are at least three floor decorations, two appliances and six recipes which can only be accessed by wading through the various tasks in the quest that has been included in the
latest update, so waste no time and get your New Year off to a flier! You've got 15 days to reach the end, so expect the clipboard to vanish on Tuesday 16th January.

Step 1: So This Is The New Year
- Buy 8 Workout Wallpapers ... any wallpaper is acceptable.
- Buy 12 Infinite Possibilities ... any floor tile is acceptable.
- Ask Neighbours for 6 Cleanup Bows ... tap 'Ask' and send requests for these to neighbours.

After patiently waiting those bows to arrive, you'll unlock the
Resolution Stove.

This is the first of the new appliances introduced with these goals and needs to be bought in
Step 2.
Step 2: I Don't Feel Any Different
- Build 1 Resolution Stove ... this costs 42,000 coins and requires 10 Healthy Knobs, 6 Broiler Pans and 6 Wiring to build. The Healthy Knob is a new part which can be gifted and should not be confused with the existing Carrot Knob.
- Serve 15 Detox Soups ... this is found on the Resolution Stove and takes 4 hours to prepare.

- Buy 1 Treadmill ... this costs 15,000 coins.

- Serve 15 Resolute Smoothies ... this is found on the Resolution Stove and takes 2 hours to prepare.
- Ask Neighbours for 6 Sweat Bands ... tap 'Ask' and send requests for these to neighbours.

Upon completion of this step the second new appliance in this quest is unlocked.

Resolution Oven houses another three dishes and will need to be purchased and constructed in
Step 5. It is now that the
bonus goals are activated - these are unconnected to the main chain but do give you an opportunity to obtain a bonus item.
Step 5: Firework, I Feel Like Glitter
- Build 1 Resolution Oven ... this costs 47,000 coins and requires 12 Cooking Gloves, 8 Fuses and 8 Golden Knobs to build. The Cooking Gloves is a new part which can be gifted.
- Serve 15 Travel Cookies ... this is found on the Resolution Oven and takes 1 hour to prepare.

Once those cookies are all iced and served you'll gain access to the
Skilled Gumbo.

This is an 8 hour entry on the Resolution Oven and is vital to
Step 6. At this juncture
Sidestep A will pop up and needs to be completed in order to continue along the main strand.
Step 6: Let It Shine
- Serve 15 Skilled Gumbos ... this is found on the Resolution Oven and takes 8 hours to prepare.
- Have 1 Rainy Day Jar ... this is locked until you complete Sidestep A and costs 33,000 coins.

The
Budget Salmon takes 11 hours to cook and is the key component of
Step 7. You'll also spot
Sidestep B at this stage - again this needs to be completed in order to finish the main chain of the goals.

- Serve 12 Budget Salmon ... this is found on the Resolution Oven and takes 11 hours to prepare.
- Have 1 Travel Couple ... this is locked until you complete Sidestep B and costs 59,000 coins.
