Thanksgiving 2017 goals (in full)

Please note that this set of goals expired on Thursday 23rd November 2017. For details pertaining to the five day Thanksgiving goal set see here.

The goals just keep on coming in Restaurant Story, and this time it's Thanksgiving which is on the menu.

A 15 day quest, you should expect to see it vanish forever on Thursday 23rd November. Until then you've got an opportunity to unlock six floor decorations, two appliances and six recipes, all exclusively available through these goals.

 Step 1: Leaf It To Me

• Buy 8 Leafy Walls ... any wallpaper is acceptable.
• Buy 12 Leafy Tiles ... any floor tile is acceptable.

Step 1: Leaf It To Me

Following those initial purchases, you'll gain access to the Harvest Oven.

This is the first of the appliances added in these goals, and will need to be bought and built in Step 2.

 Step 2: Better Brussel Sprouts

• Build 1 Harvest Oven ... this costs 42,500 coins and requires 6 Wiring, 6 Harvest Scythes and 10 Harvest Wreathes to build. The Harvest Wreath is a new part which can be gifted.
• Serve 15 Grilled Brussel Sprouts ... this is found on the Harvest Oven and takes 3 hours to prepare.

Step 2: Better Brussel Sprouts

Once done with this step you'll unlock the second dish on the Harvest Oven.

The Varenykis is a 4 hour effort and is the focus of Step 3.

 Step 3: Victorious Varenykis

• Serve 15 Varenykis ... this is found on the Harvest Oven and takes 4 hours to prepare.
• Buy 2 Turkey Cutouts ... these cost 22,500 coins each.

Step 3: Victorious Varenykis

The completion of this goal results in the Harvest Stuffing opening up.

This is the last of the recipes on the Harvest Oven and features in Step 4.

 Step 4: Stuffing It All In

• Serve 15 Harvest Stuffings ... this is found on the Harvest Oven and takes 5 hours to prepare.
• Ask neighbours for 6 Pumpkin Tops ... tap 'Ask' and send requests for these to neighbours.

Now the second appliance added with this quest becomes available.

Unlocking of Leaf Oven

A Leaf Oven, which holds another three dishes, is given free, with another needing to be purchased in Step 5. At this juncture you'll also notice the bonus goals commence - this is a three-step chain independent of the main strand, and offers you the chance to obtain three bonus floor decorations.

 Step 5: Too Kale For School

• Build 2 Leaf Ovens ... this costs 57,500 coins and requires 8 Fuses, 12 Twig Crowns and 8 Spring Leaves to build. The Twig Crown is a new part which can be gifted.
• Serve 15 Kale and Ricotta Pizzas ... this is found on the Leaf Oven and takes 2 hours to prepare.

Step 5: Too Kale For School

The Pumpkin Ravioli is the recipe which loses its padlock following this step.

This Leaf Oven entry is a key component of Step 6. There's also Sidestep A to consider at this stage, which unlike the bonus goals must be completed if you are to continue progressing along the main chain of goals.

 Step 6: Pumpkin Pasta

• Serve 15 Pumpkin Raviolis ... this is found on the Leaf Oven and takes 6 hours to prepare.
• Have 1 Glowing Turkey ... this is locked until you complete Sidestep A and costs 42,500 coins.

Step 6: Pumpkin Ravioli

After those raviolis are all served up you'll gain access to the third dish on the Leaf Oven.

Unlocking of Cauliflower and Asparagus Tart

The Cauliflower and Asparagus Tart takes 8 hours to prepare and is at the hub of Step 7. And Sidestep B shows up at this point too, with another couple of tasks that need doing in order to complete the quest overall.

 Step 7: Display of Thanks

• Serve 12 Cauliflower and Asparagus Tarts ... this is found on the Leaf Oven and takes 8 hours to prepare.
• Have 1 Turkey Display ... this is locked until you complete Sidestep B and costs 62,500 coins.

Step 7: Display of Thanks

This is the final goal, with the Harvest Turkey rewarded for free.

You can make further purchases of this item - which can be found towards the end of the floor decorations tab - for an additional fee.

 Sidestep A: Harvest Hellos
 Available after completing Step 5

• Visit 12 Community Members ... neighbours are not counted.
• Leave 12 Tips ... tips left at neighbours are counted.
• Have 2 Harvest Counters ... these cost 22,500 coins each.

The Glowing Turkey is unlocked upon completion of this additional step.

A 2x2 sized floor decoration, you'll need to buy the Glowing Turkey in Step 6.

 Available after completing Step 6

• Have 4 Leafy Tables ... these cost 23,500 coins each.
• Have 4 Leafy Chairs ... these cost 25,500 coin each.

There's another floor decoration opens up once you've made those purchases.

Buying the 3x3 sized Turkey Display is a requirement of Step 7.

 Bonus Goals: Part 1
 Available after completing Step 4

• Serve 10 Glazed Turkeys ... this is found on the Basic Oven and takes 4 hours to prepare.
• Serve 10 Rosemary Potatoes ... this is found on the Basic Stove and takes 3 hours to prepare.
• Serve 10 Grilled Ham Musubi ... this is found on the Basic Grill and takes 6 hours to prepare.

Bonus goals: Part 1

Your efforts in this step are worth the Pumpkin Pot, a 1x1 floor decoration.

• Serve 20 Gobble Up Cupcakes ... this is found on the Basic Stove and takes 2 hours to prepare.
• Serve 20 Sage Mushrooms ... this is found on the Basic Oven and takes 2 hours to prepare.
• Serve 20 Beet & Feta Salad ... this is found on the Basic Grill and takes 1 hours to prepare.

• Serve 10 Autumn Cheesecake ... this is found on the Basic Oven and takes 2 hours to prepare.
• Serve 30 Bacon Roasted Turkey ... this is found on the Basic Oven and takes 5 hours to prepare.
• Serve 20 Handburgers ... this is found on the Basic Grill and takes 12 hours to prepare.
