It's Summertime folks, so let's head to the beach! With the
latest update comes a new batch of goals for your enjoyment.
As ever there are 34 days on the clock so expect the goals to disappear forever on Monday 7th July. So without any further ado, let's get ourselves down to the sea!
Here's a list of the goal steps:
Step 1: Crab Critter Festival
- Buy 7 Weathered Wood Wallpapers ... any wallpaper is acceptable.
- Buy 14 Sandy Shore Tiles .... these cost 1,200 coins each.

For making those opening purchases, the
Coral Counter is unlocked.

You'll need to buy three of these counters in
Step 2. And as well as
Step 2, there's also
Sidestep A to go at now.
Step 2: Restaurant Reef
- Buy 3 Coral Counters ... these cost 9,500 coins each and can be found towards the end of the counters tab.
- Buy 2 Portholes ... these cost 8,500 coins each.

For buying those decorations, you gain access to the
Shore Table.

Four of these tables will be needed for
Sidestep B. If you buy them now they'll still be counted come the time.
Step 3: Where's Chef Lee?
- Visit 10 Community Members
- Leave 10 Tips
- Buy 1 Nautical Net ... this costs 8,500 coins.

For making your journey around the community, the reward is the Beach Bonfire.

This floor decoration is involved in
Step 4, which is now available.
Step 4: Coconut Chef
- Serve 15 Coconut Cups ... these are found on the Coconut Fountain but are locked until you complete Sidestep B.
- Buy 2 Beach Bonfires ... these cost 11,000 coins each and can be found towards the end of the floor decorations tab.
- Ask Neighbours for 5 Firewood ... tap 'Ask' and send requests for these to neighbours.

Once those Coconut Cups are dealt with the second goal appliance is unlocked.

Crab Grill fully constructed is given to you for free with at least one more needed in
Step 5.
Step 5: Don't Be Shellfish
- Have 2 Crab Grills ... these cost 12,500 coins each and require 5 Red Knobs, 5 Springs, 5 Paint and 5 Red Gears to build.
- Prepare 25 Crab Cakes ... these are found on the Crab Grill and take 4 hours to prepare.
- Serve 25 Crab Cakes

For completing this goal you gain access to the second recipe on the Crab Grill.

Crab Claws is a 7 hour recipe, and is the subject of
Step 6.
Step 6: Just Be Claws
- Prepare 30 Crab Claws ... these are found on the Crab Grill and take 7 hours to prepare.

Getting those claws cooked unlocks the last of the new recipes, the
Boiled Crab.

This dish is the focal point of the final goal,

Step 7: Curing the Crabby
- Prepare 35 Boiled Crabs ... these are found on the Crab Grill and take 9 hours to prepare.

This is the concluding goal, with the final prize being the
Pier Fishing floor decoration.

This is a 4x4 sized item and to buy further copies of it costs 40 gems.
Sidestep A: Coconut Bliss
Available after completing Step 1
- Have 1 Coconut Fountain ... these cost 12,500 coins each and require 5 Knobs and 5 Nozzles to build.
- Serve 10 Coconut Waters ... these are found on the Coconut Fountain and take 1 hour to prepare.

- Serve 12 Coconut Coolers ... these are found on the Coconut Fountain and take 3 hours to prepare.
- Buy 4 Shore Tables ... these are locked until you complete Step 2 and cost 9,500 coins each.
- Buy 4 Pier Stools ... these cost 7,000 coins each.

ReplyDelete1. The Beach Bonfire should have been enclosed by rocks or in placed in a pit. As it is, you're placing it on directly on your
restaurant floor or maybe on the Sandy Shore Tile.
2. Is there a prize (such as the previous Tea Party) or gems awarded at the end?
The Beach Bonfire is a bit exposed. I guess it could always be used to act out a fire in the kitchen!

Is there a way to unlock the boiled crab after it expires?
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid not. Once the goals expire you can't unlock any new content - you're just stuck with the recipes already uncovered.
